Can anyone confirm that there is a charter flight from Utapao to Seoul on Tuesday night/Weds morning? If so, who is the operator and how do I book?

Korean Airlines does the charter, but i dn't know if they will book it for you . they even show utapao pattaya on their route map. maybe they can advise you. i also know that it's only a seasonal flight. rhere are also charters to some russian cities.
