Hua Hin is a shit hole.

I think we have another wannabe Neil Connick of Raimon Land fame..."condo demand is strong as ever in Phuket and prices are rising and Phuket is more popular with international investers and buyers than ever..." Never mind the country has had no effective government for years and if you did buy a condo in Thailand there is no guarantee that you could even get to it.

But never mind, I guess there are still folks around who might are willing to pay $ 3000 per month to live in a hick-town like HH.

Compared with average condo rents, that condo would have to be worth 20 million baht. It must be the penthouse.
