Nikon Sb800 ? Nikon Sb900 Flash

Featured Replies

Hi there guys.

I used to visit Thailand about 3 to 4 times a year as part of a business I used to work for. I always found that everyone was always helpful and friendly and I used to love being over there. Unfortunately the job came to an end and I have not visited for 2 years. At last I am coming back for a holiday, spending a few days over the New Year in Bangkok, then going to Cambodia for 4 days, then back to Koh Samui.

As I don't have long in Bangkok, can anyone tell me the best place to go in Bangkok to buy a Nikon SB800 or SB900 flash for my D40X? What sort of price can I expect to pay?

Many thanks :o:D

looks like fotofile are selling SB800s for 15000b and SB900s for 20000b, can probably get them cheaper I guess but may not be guaranteed.

You can try AVCamera, www.avcamera.com and ask them for a price they are often a tad cheaper than Fotofile with full warranty included and easy to find right next to the BTS

Cheers Bard

Just bought a sb600 for 7500 at digital2home at chiang mai airport plaza, i think there are branches in Bkk too.

The sb800 was about 12000 (no nikon service)
