I get short term car hire for that! If you shop around you'll get lots of deals for 15,000 a month. Unless you want something flash. A small 'jeep' or a mazda 4 seater pick-up is well within your budget.

081 891 2439 call this guy. you will get either of new Toyota Vios or honda City for 15.000baht per month. and all his cars got proper insurance. you gotta watch out for those cuz, some of them do not have insurance and you may end up paying for damages if you ever wreck em.

To be honest and if to make my confession, people don't know the differences. (Few years back, with fake ID that I got it from Khao-san Rd. I cleared away few accidents(ofcourse it was not involved in any human injuries and maybe i got lucky)with insurance guys & also traffic cops in Bkk couple of times) :o
