Whats The Riding Like In The Surin Area?

Featured Replies

Anyone got some insight for a couple of days of riding there?

Flat and rice paddies everywhere.... Hwy 24 is real nice now that they have redone it.

I hear there's some good riding down Soi Kola every evening :D

That should read 'I know' not I hear, Martin. :D

The large roads are good but watch out for the occasional dogs/cows wandering across the road.

Enjoy

It's the side roads we explore but Issan trained so that sounds pretty normal to us.

Does seem as if there might be about seven Khmer ruins in the area. Which would make the trip worthwhile. Plus a few guys I met on the Chaing Mai bike week live there. So I think worthwhile.

Ain't going to be Mae Hong Son, But, then again most places aren't :o

Thanks guys
