There are Ukuleles sold at Ekamai in the shops which sells string instuments.

However they are quite expensive, I do not know the exact prices.

At the Emporium music section I saw one ukulele in the section with the guitars. I also saw one at one of the music shops at the Esplanade. I assume there would be one inside the music shops at the Siam Paragon since I saw one at the Emporium. I brought my own ukulele from Hawaii and also the strings because I don't know if they sell Ukulele strings here. I hope this helps you.

Inexpensive ones are sold at a small shop on Sukhumvit in Phra Khanong. If you get off the Skytrain at Phra Khanong, take exit 3. when you get to the street, walk in the direction of traffic past the Family Mart and Post Office. Just before the intersection with Suk. 71, you will see them hanging in front of the shop.
