Accident Man Seriously Injured After Mattress Slides Off Pickup Truck
From the television news, it looks like only the bottom mattress was secured and tied down while two others were simply placed on top, with the victim probably thinking his weight would keep them from moving. The driver and the victim didn't realise that driving at speed and basic aerodynamics would easily dislodge these unsecured mattresses. I think it can be filed under Darwinism. -
