Where I Can Sell My Town House ?

Featured Replies

Hello,

We have a town house 105 m² on a 17.5 Talang Wa land.

3 bedrooms and 1 bahtroom upstairs and downstairs 1 bahtroom, the kitchen and the living room.

Outside parking place.

Full furnished if you want or empty.

Price 1.550.000 Bahts with the kitchen full furnished from home pro and 3 new aircons.

Full furnished with everything we have (high def tv, expensive bed, new lightening, some furnitures, beautiful sofa, tank water, etc etc : 1.700.000 Bahts).

In Lam Lukka area, residence, kong 2 kong 3.

We have internet (we bought a special cable 7.000B) and UBC.

The house is completly new, just 2 or 3 months. I want to sell because i'm tired to see the sister of my wife coming too much, i think better move far.

Where i can sell my town house without high fees ?

Thanks all :o

Beware, any female or lady boy in Thailand qualifies as being the sister of your wife.

There is no escape, none whatsoever...

Try to post it onto some of the free property listing sites such as e.g. asiapropertyworld.com.

There are loads of Thai property websites which let you list and upload pictures for free. We sold our townhouse that way last year. I just googled and then put listings on the sites that looked busy and more professional. I can't remember many of the sites now but certainly homedd.com - just google something like ขายบ้าน.

I think I listed on sites in June - we got quite a few phonecalls really quickly and a couple of people round. One agent called touting for business but was easily put off. After that we'd get a call every now and then and we had a buyer after about 6 weeks. No fees involved at all.

Try slipping it into the Real Estate Forum on Thai Visa without anyone noticing......... :D:o:D
