BWPattaya
Easy, just stop at the black pump and say diesel to the attendant. Same word in Thai, and they usually know it is a diesel anyway.

soundman
Just one small , inconsequential question if I may be so bold , what happens if a person is colour-blind ? Easy, you open your mouth and use the word "diesel" or more commonly known as "solah". ................................. Edit: Most diesel in Thailand is actually B2. 2% Bio-diesel and 98% Diesel fuel mix.
