My name is Shraddha Sawarkar.

I am living in Bangkok since last 4yrs with my Husband.

We are Indians but living in Bangkok as my husband is doing job here.

I am a computer professional, a Web Programmer.

I have my own dot com.I want to ask you few questions,

Can i do business on my website?

As i dont have any work permit coz ia m living with my husband, will it be legal to do business on my website?

I am not a tourist here,i have a permit but not work permit i have a Non-Immigrant visa. Also i dont want to start a Co. Ltd. just want to advertise my website and make it comemrcial so that i can get in return.

I dont want to go against law and want a clean legal business on Internet.

Please answer me as soon as possible.

Thanks a lot.

Regards:Shraddha Sawarkar

Hi Mini......there are risks in carrying out your plan. You say you want to advertise your website that will give you away and presumably there is an income to be derived. Payments will be made to a bank account. The authorities would see it as work...can you use your India address for your promotional work and bank receipts there ? Then they won't know. Good luck
