I remember someone posting about this a little while back, but here it is again. That Chinese bike is a very close rip off of the BMW's Scarver (F650CS)

I was very close to buying a scarver myself. It's a great bike for commuting/middle distance touring.

:D

The fuel is stored under the seat. Oil is in the frame. Hence the rear mounted fuel cap. There's a storage bay in the space the conventional fuel tank should be, in between the forward grab handles for the passenger. The black strips on the frame are plastic frame sliders. :o

Is this the Ugliest bike you can buy in Thailand. I present to you 'The Gusta Rumba'

:o:D:D:D:D:wai:

This as opposed to the svelte beauty of a 16 stone farang draped over a Honda Dream? At least the Rumba is trying to stray from the basic Japanese formula, looks OK to me.

Yep you definitely get what you pay for.

Styling is 'subjective'! Quality is not that great and gets worse the closer you get. On a model I checked out, brand new, the electrics functioned some of the time, paint was flaking off, alloy was pitted, forks suffered 'sticktion', it weighed a ton, but it impressed the hel_l of the locals!

And it was cheap as chips.

Gravelrash. Please go to your closest Optical store and get a) new glasses OR :o your prescription changed :D . because neither the Gusta or that Bmw are interesting or pleasing to the eye.

Mee tooo Ant, I wouldnt want that pile of craaap laying around my yard, snakes living in it.....perhaps you could use it as a anchor for a floating patoon or something....but it'd probably rust away too quick. :o

Rumba as ugly as BMW F650CS :D

I do like the colours! Very beautifun.... :o

First bike I have ever seen in purple to be honest.

Kawasaki use to do a bike in Purple....it was a ZZR250, in the early 90ies. :D
