I am moving and want to discontinue my ADSL TOT connection. Should I just not pay and let the account go dead on its own? Or should I go to the TOT office and tell them to discontinue service? Also, is there a penalty for not having the account active for more than 1 year?

the penalty is around 1000 thousand bath if they apply the same fees as maxnet.
