Triple-blade Razor Blade (pack Of Five Blades)

Featured Replies

I have tried the TOPS brand...and the BOOTS brand. Both have generally low quality and/or dont work very well.

Then I found the WATSONS brand of razor blades (triple-blade sold in a pack of five blades).

This worked great!

To my shock (and horror), I went to several watsons and couldnt find it anywhere.

Finally a clerk told me that "we dont make it anymore".

Ahhhhh!!

so can anyone suggest another brand (another means NOT tops and NOT boots) that they have found to work well (work well means the lubricating strip doesnt fall off after five seconds of use; also work well means the mechanism to attach to the razor handle actually keeps it attached and doesnt fall off ) ?

thanks

gillette blue 2 plus are good enough for me ,get them in boots pack of 5 and get 1 free

Got my Mom to bring me a slew of Shick Quattro's because 3 blades just isn't enough.

Funny, I find one blade sufficient and a helluva lot cheaper. Normal beard here, too.

My beard is like mowing through a wire brush. I do like the gillette (blue package) disposables. Only complaint is when you buy the big packs of 5 - it seems to me that they are old stock. The moisture strip always pops off. Never had this problem with the packages of 2-3.

I buy Gillette Fusion in bulk when overseas (they're orange colour but currently not available in Thailand). Reliable and smooth...the razor handle has a battery inside and it actually provides a smoother shave. After > 1 year I still haven't had to change the battery. I get about 1 week's use per razor blade.

Wife bought me Gillette Fusion, 5 blades when she was in the US. One blade last me a month. Smoothest shave I've ever had. They appear to be expensive but when you consider how many shave you get per blade they are cheap. With the old Gillette Blue I got about 3-4days per blade.

Yeah, Fusion Power and blades off Ebay. One per month - just.

Careful with fleabay............most blades are fakes, and you can tell the difference. It really hurts.
