Featured Replies

Hi I'm looking for a 2 bedroom near the start of Sukhumvit. I'm looking to rent for 2 months starting immediatly and my budget is aorund 50K a month.

The apartment needs to have:

-Very good internet

-A swimming pool and fitness center in building

-Within walking distance (10 minutes) to a bts station

-Maid service

Start of Sukhumvit is Ploenchit, Nana area.

trouble is most apartments want a Min of 6 months stay

I'd recommend Somerset apartments on soi Tonson. For 2 months you'll have to opt for serviced apartments.

Ya I have spent quite a bit of effort and can't get anything going. It is really difficult to talk to the owners of apartments, there are a huge amount of apartments for rent but they are all rented through agencies and no agency wants to deal with someone for less then 6 months.

I'm probably gonna go rent a serviced apartment tommorow, somewhere on soi 11. I'm dissapointed but can't seem to find a way around it.
