March 18, 200917 yr Yes, there is a few bus a day that do a stop in Swampy while doing the BKK-RAY-BKK. I saw it at the Swampy bus terminal. If I remember correctly, only about 3 or 4 buses a day.

If you forgive my ignorance, what (and where) is the "Swampy" bus terminal? there are three bus stations in Rayong. "Swampy" bus terminal = Suvarnabhumi Bus Terrminal, reachable by free shuttle bus from Suvarnabhumi Airport Terminal building. The bus route from here to Rayong (and other places) is shown here: http://www2.airportthai.co.th/airportnew/s...s#Intercity_Bus The departure to Pattaya is very frequent (like hourly). However, to Rayong, there may be only 3 or 4 buses a day.
March 22, 200917 yr However, to Rayong, there may be only 3 or 4 buses a day. NOT quite right-there are also buses VIA Rayong further east-and the 2nd cl white+orange bus is not mentioned-this runs about hourly. sets down at swampy FROM rayong only on request-so make sure the bus-staff knows that at boarding-as otherwsie it simply skips going in+out of airport at all. and having pases rayong a few times I have always ever seen only just 1=main busstation-the !st cl AC buses to BKK stop just off that-maybe you mean that with the other ones?
