If you apply for a retirement visa (with the 800,000b etc), can you still be a Thai company director (for the company owning your house) ?  You're not supposed to do business, right ?

How about taxes, do you have to pay capital gains tax for funds outside of Thailand ?

Many Thanks,

You can still be a director of a Thai company, but you should not show that to the Immigration, beacuse you are retired.

There is no Thai tax on foreign funds.
