Back Pain After 'exercise'

Featured Replies

Please don't laugh at this :D I overdid the bedtime fun with my wife and now I have got lower back pain!! Years ago I suffered a back injury (compressed spine) after a horse-riding accident (that was not bedtime fun :D ). I was on page 68 of The Karma-Sutra, but I couldn't quite lift her onto the ceiling hooks :o

So I need to see a chiropractor who can basically 'z-bed' my spine until I scream in agony. It always seems to solve the problem.

I'm in Silom/Saladaeng, so any reccomendations are much appreciated

Simon

Thanks all! I've been seeing the doc for a few times now, and I'm sure this problem will soon clear up :o

Simon,

You might ask the chiro about using a slant board as a healthy back maintenance practice. It worked wonders for me.
