I'm an experienced QS (Filipino) staying / living in Bangkok, looking for a full-time/part-time QS job, either pre or post contract for up and coming buildings, hotels, resorts development, infrastructure, etc or on going projects. Have vast experiences in preparing tender documents, BOQ's, assessment of variations, valuations, final accounts, etc. Recent projects involved are prestigious high rise condominiums and hotels in the heart of Bangkok, resorts in Phuket and the Suvarnabhumi Airport. Very fluent in English, and can speak Thai. Very hardworking and can achieve deadlines on time. Can start immediately.
