Looking to spend 10,000 to 15,000 for an apartment in Kata for one month starting next week. Should be within a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. Need air con wifi. Any suggestions?

Look in Thai Visa Classifides .. I have a listing there for my landlord. He has a apts with sea view and internet. Not sure if there is WIFI you might need your own cable. 10-15 min walk to the beach for 15k a month? probably not. But his is a 5 min drive on the motorbike to the beach and about a 20 min walk.
