Look in Thai Visa Classifides .. I have a listing there for my landlord. He has a apts with sea view and internet. Not sure if there is WIFI you might need your own cable. 10-15 min walk to the beach for 15k a month? probably not. But his is a 5 min drive on the motorbike to the beach and about a 20 min walk.
