I seem to remember once an Indian looking chap asking me if I wanted a suit made custom...somewhere on the island...hmmm..trying to remember...where was that Indian Tailor shop at? Oh yea, by the guy with the Tuk Tuk for hire.

Seriously, (if you are) I had the guys next to Phuket Scuba Club behind Kata beach resort on the road to Kata Noi/Rawai recommended to me and do some pants and shirt for my mates wedding. Worked out well, but that was years ago.

Sure, I know a magician named Pren Taylor, he'll pull some slacks out of a hat for you.

In the U.S. we had a President Taylor, he's long since dead so maybe you can query the family on some of his old trousers.

Now a tailor named Taylor, that one I'm having a hard time coming up with.........never met a Nepalese named Taylor.

Joking aside, just use the search on the Forum, but type in "Tailor", I remember more than a few threads on the subject.
