Anybody has the experience of applying for Canadian student visa? How did it go, any suggestions? I heared they also need police certificate, how to get that?

Does having a TRV to Canada previously helps getting a student visa later?

Please be kind to share your experience or if you dont experience please suggest if you know something.

come on friends, cant believe that no one in the forum has experienced canadian student visa and has got nothing to share?

i just applied for a TRV at their embassy here in Tokyo, they were friendly and upbeat like it wouldn't be a problem... but time will tell. She doesn't have the strongest credentials but we did a very thorough or perhaps over the top application. sorry cant be of any more help... others have said canada is more relaxed than other commonwealth countries.
