Thewet Market

Featured Replies

This market opens early morning till early evening.

It's a typical fresh market with lots of vegetables, meet and fish.

There is also a few food stalls in the area around.

There is also a nice restaurant close to it. It' s at the end of the

street next to the canal close to the river. The upstairs deck overlooks

the river nicely. The place is called "in love"

agree with all of that. If you want a busy market - come early. It gets quiet in the afternoon. Most thing open, just quiet. In Love is good as is the place under it. It's out on the pier where you can also feed the fish. There's a little cross river ferry that leaves from there that makes a nice back and forth view of the river for a few baht. The temple at Thewet is nice also. The pier is a stop for the river ferry so you can come that way. Nice area.
