Today is Sunday and the start of Sonkran for many.

Are all Thai schools closed now? Especially admin for making payments for classes?

If so, when would they re open please?

Usually, someone is in the offices during school holidays. However, as these are public holidays the school office staff may be on holiday for a few days. That is what happened at the school I was teaching at.

So would a payment be due 'urgently' as in HAS to be paid today, Sunday for a course due soon?

All schools closed on Sundays.

Admin staff should be at school Mondays to Fridays but as you say, Songkran is here.

I think it will be OK to pay it after the hols.
