I am trying to sell some property in and near Phnom Penh and word of mouth etc isn't getting anything so considering listing with an agency, can anyone recommend one that does a high volume of business in Phnom Penh and is reliable?

preferrably one that has commercial clients as well as residential as one of the properties is land suitable for small factory or resort etc

Yes, I've seen that but have had some dealings with them and been underwhelmed. Their main office seems to be in Siem Reap with only small presence in PP...

Hoping for some first hand recs....anyone?

How do I get up to that area where the Pattaya sign is up on that hill. .I love the colours I wish they would be in rainbow colours though to reflect diversity Can I get a Grab up there or can I walk ? There is a park up there too isn't there with beautiful flowers

I would like to try a beautiful delicious seafood buffet I don't know where to go in Pattaya for this ,hence I'm seeking analysis on this project I'm not particularly concerned about price , but as I don't like crowds or people sitting near me , I don't like too many people where it's obnoxiously overcrowded where people are pushing shoving fighting for the food I find people seem attracted to me like honey to a pot , I could be in a restaurant say Sizzlers and there is hundreds of tables
