Our friends at The Nation has just launched a News application for the iPhone. I have just tried it on a friends iPhone and I like it a lot.

Hi Wolfie, did you have time to try it out?

Had a quick play with it, seems ok. navigating by the top menu bar can be a little tricky and i find myself often having to press the link button again, speed seems acceptable and content seems in sync with the website.

Over all, its a good application for free and one that will stay on my iPhone - if i'm in front of a pc i will probably use a web browser and goto the site, however if im stuck in a taxi or cannot get hold of a computer - it will be my first port of call for news
