#1 Rice field before the water, a couple of months ago at least. Photoshopped for the background light.

#2 Rice field after water. Also photoshopped for atmosphere.

#3 Doi Mae Salong in Chiang Rai on a sunny day. Nothing done to the picture except cropping.

Hongs by Starlight tour - Rain over the lagoon

Beach in Phuket - Nai Harn?

The first image is great - why don't you remove the flare spot and re-post it

You'll get my vote

I had fun with this boat. These were actually taken 2 minutes apart. I just got into the water and closer for the second one.

Rock and Long-tail, 1/640 at F11 and Blue Skys and Long-tail, 1/500 at F11

I increased the saturation on both photos, the sun was harsh. Maybe I need a polarizing filter for next time?

Thanks so much Vulcan!!

I just downloaded Picasa 3 and had a play with this photo, as its my first try altering a photo I think it looks OK, what do you think?

The photo was taken with my Panasonic Lumix TZ3 using the Sunset mode. Would love to get a SLR someday and experiment! :D

BTW that flare spot was rain on the underwater case my camera was in :)

Good - spot on (excuse the pun)you've done well there

Nice shot - I'm jealous!

That's the great thing about comapct cameras. I wouldn't dream of taking my stuff anywhere near water/rain etc.

Now I've got a G10 compact (ish) I might start to venture out more in these conditions.

Nice shot of the rainbow, looks like you have a golf course for a back yard :D

Looks like the sun is falling on to your right from the position and the tree on that side is a little bit protruding. If you had walked outside and turned the angle it might have been even nicer, but I don't know the area :)

Nice shot but it would have been nice to see more of the rainbow. Atmospheric.

'Life is a Beach' :D

A cloud covered Pattaya is very cool. Too bad the photo is cropped cutting off the bottom. The photo doesn't feel anchored properly. Can it be re-cropped leaving in another 25 percent or so at the bottom? That won't affect the clouds and will center the photo better, in my opinion.
