I went with Juan Peron because of the obvious similarities of both being dictatorial populists. Also both big men are/were massively polarizing, controversial figures in their countries. This picture with Evita and Che is interesting, now that Thaksin is palling around with Daniel Ortega and playing with the fire of violent revolutionary tactics.

Politically, he does not behave or have the foresight of any of them in the poll.

However, if you were referring to his looks, I would compare him to the late UK comedian, Les Dawson, with that cheeky grin.

He seems to have a compulsive disorder. I would not find it hard to believe

that his hut is wall papered with pictures of this man. I think deep inside

he feels abandoned & hurt.

I've been doing online 90 day reports for a few years, but because I'm about to get a new passport I believe the next 90 day has to be done in person. The last time I did a report at Jomtien it was only necessary to present your passport, now I believe there are a couple of forms to fill out. I have been at the same address for 16 years, do I still have to fill out a TM30?

As I gather, everything is being bombarded, including Teheran where there are no nuclear developpement sites. Eliminating important "officials" that can be replaced in no time at all. A 50-year-old British woman, who was not named by authorities, was rushed to hospital after attempting to harm herself inside a rented room in Pattaya on 17 March 2026, prompting an emergency response from police and rescue workers. Officers from Pattaya City Police Station and the Sawang Boriboon Rescue Foundation attended the scene at 15:00 at a property in Soi 5, Pratumnak. The woman was found barely conscious with a deep cut to her left wrist and significant blood loss. Get today's headlines by email Rescue workers administered first aid at the scene before urgently transferring her to Pattaya Bhattamakun Hospital for further treatment. Broken glass fragments were found scattered across the room, with lots blood visible on the floor and bedding. Her condition at the time of discovery was described as critical but stabilised enough for transport. According to the accommodation caretaker, identified as Ms Kiwi, the woman had checked in for a daily stay at around 02:00 earlier that night and was due to check out later the same day. During her stay, she was seen crying and appeared visibly distressed, showing clear signs of emotional strain. She had also instructed staff not to disclose her presence if anyone came looking for her. Shortly before check-out, the woman requested drinking water and asked staff to contact rescue services, to her second floor room. When staff went to check the room, they discovered a large amount of blood and broken glass, prompting an immediate call to authorities. Emergency responders then entered and provided assistance. Initial discussions with the woman indicated she had been experiencing stress related to personal issues, along with insomnia. However, the exact cause of the incident has not yet been determined. It’s honestly staggering that in 2026 we’re still seeing groups openly advocate for denying children access to education based on their paperwork status. Whatever label they give themselves, pushing to exclude migrant kids from schooling is the very definition of discriminatory policy. It punishes children for circumstances they had no control over and creates long‑term social problems for everyone. Education isn’t some luxury handed out as a reward for perfect documentation. It’s a basic human right, and Thailand has actually recognized this for years. The Ministry of Education’s own policy has been clear: all children, regardless of nationality or legal status, should be able to attend school. Not because it’s “charity,” but bcause it’s smart governance. Kids who grow up uneducated don’t magically disappear, they become adults with fewer opportunities, more vulnerability to exploitation, and less ability to contribute to society. Groups pushing to strip away schooling seem to ignore the obvious: creating an underclass of uneducated children doesn’t protect Thailand. It destabilizes it. If these activists truly cared about the country’s future, they’d be advocating for better integration, better documentation pathways, and better support for schools, not trying to slam the door on kids who are already marginalized. There’s nothing “patriotic” about targeting children. It’s just cruel, short‑sighted, and socially destructive. Thailand — and any society that wants stability — is stronger when every child has a chance to learn.
