Second-hand Fridges

Featured Replies

If anyone has a second-hand fridge for sale or knows where to buy them, I would like to know.

Thanks :)

It's a sad reflection on the priorities of forum members that there have been 132 replies to "Where's the next piss-up?" but nothing for somebody wanting a fridge to keep food in to eat healthily.

Briggsy :)

P.S. Excessive consumption of alcohol will lead to all sorts of troubles & problems.

You can buy a perfectly good new one for about 5000b.

No replies because no one, or at least almost no one, buys used fridges. You only waited a day anyway. But most people like to go have fun.

Not for me. For a Thai friend who earns 6000 Baht a month and can't afford a new one.

But thanks for the reply.

This is the Bangkok forum. I rather imagine a trip to Pattaya to buy a fridge would negate any savings made on buying a second-hand one.

But thanks again for taking the time to reply.

What part of BKK do you live in?

In the area where I work--which is Pracha Uthit Rd, there is a place that has a lot of used fridges. I assume they sell them. I think they recondition them and then sell them. I have an old one I was thinking of taking there. It's on Soi 76, Pracha Uthit Rd, Thung Kru district.

There are shophouse type places that repair and sell units scattered all over the city - a Thai should not have any problem finding them. Any cycle taxi or tuk tuk driver should know where in find in the area they serve.
