Yes, Chanchao, exactly... You'll see a sign for Sam Li, with a steep paved road going up off the right side....

Not sure of the hours, but, last year there were smaller groups of people dancing during the day, but later in the afternoon and evening, there were hundreds of people dancing. Very friendly folk, and I got no 'outsider' vibe at all from anyone, just lots of smiles and invitations to drink, eat and dance.
