New Iphone 3gs In August

Featured Replies

New iPhone 3GS is coming to 80 countries in August, good to see TrueMove on the list:

As the name indicates, it's not all that different from the 3G, though it does address many complaints people had about the original: It has voice control, a much better camera, shoots video, and even has on-board video editing software. 16 or 32GB of storage, and a 2x as fast processor, and a better battery.

All small evolutionary improvements, but I think it's enough for me to make me upgrade from the 1st gen 4GB version. The video app is probably going to be killer. Knowing Apple and their obsession with AV functionality, I'd expect it to be extremely good and making cheap video cameras like the Flip obsolete. iMovie on the iPhone - yeah!

Oh yeah, and the old iPhone 3G will still be sold, only $200 cheaper. As of now, only AT&T subsidized prices are known so we'll have to wait what True makes of it.

These 3G phones are all well and good, but when will Thailand have full 3G coverage?

by definition you will never have "full" 3G coverage. Even in my home country, Oz, there are plenty of rural places not too far from Capitals cities u cant even get 2G coverage.

3G is rolling in trials, but we are still waiting for our beloved NTC to issue some licenses. Malaysia has way back, Vietnam has recently........... we are still floundering
