Has anyone bought a condo in Metro Park Sathorn. If so I would appreciate a description of your living experience there.

Wonder why the project carries Sathorn in its name. Dao Khanong would be more appropriate.

The first housing project in Bangkok encompassing a large pond or mini lake is Moo Baan Samakorn in Minburi, off Sukapiban 3 road. It was developed during the early 80s. That pond is now filled with brownish water and breeds mosquitoes.

So any development with such a water feature has to be queried as to whether the developer has included an adequate water filtration and treatment system, and whether the monthly maintenance fee includes an amount to run and maintain this system.
