Need To Buy A Condo Quickly

Hi Guys,

Been very busy and caught on the hop

I am looking for a bargain condo in a half decent building that's in need of renovating.

Will be gutting it so internal condition is not imporatnt

My friend arrives on Sunday 14th of June specifically to buy something so time is important.

Suk soi 8 to 33

Looking for 140 sq mt upwards preferably 3 bed.... not Saranjai, Omni or Trendy. (no offence to anyone who lives there)

BTW been here 10 years not 10 mins Familiar with prices and don't expect your help for nothing so Pm me if you

know of something and I'll calll you.

Alternatively something newish would be considered if a real good deal.
