Sport Opportunities For Kids

Featured Replies

what is there available in Pattaya nowedays for kids wanting to do some sports?

Where for example is there soccer for kids? or any other kind of sport?

Usually the schools arrange something on a Saturday morning for their pupils.

For example St. Andrews has football on Saturdays at 9 am I think.

not everybody goes to 1Mil a year schools.

was more looking for private set up projects and so.

Even the most expensive school in the Pattaya area is not 1 million a year.

You must be thinking of Bangkok schools?

Sports programs for kids rely on adults willing to be involved.

Are you one of those adults ?

I would like to ressurect this thread as I feel it is important that as a community Pattaya should focus on sports for the kids and not just relying on the schools. If at all many do this...especially out of school hours.

I would be more than willing to give some of my free time to set something up (football), if any others are willing then maybe together we can do something about it.

I am sure that I am not the only one who has a football mad son? I would be great if something similar to the local sunday league (in the UK) can be set up here, itsa pity to see the local youngsters kicking the ball about on derelict land....they need something better.

Maybe with the help of some local groups / newspapers we can make this happen. I had already emailed Pattaya UTD regarding this......still waiting for a reply 2 weeks later.

Any ideas folks
