I'm using the Huawei EC226 USB EVDO modem with my laptop in Pattaya and get excellent and reliable internet connectivity.

I do travel around Thailand and would like to know beforehand if I'm going to get similar internet connectivity in other locations.

does anyone have a link to a coverage map for this EVDO service?

Hutch only cover the 25 central provinces for internet connections

Hutch and CAT have an agreement to use each others network for telephone calls via CDMA, but NOT for internet service.

The EVDO connection speeds only work in Pattaya and Bangkok areas and in all other Hutch areas the EVDO will slow down to the MBI speeds of max. 153 kbps. EVDO is not offered in all Hutch areas.
