I like them to be honest. I purposely crunch open the capsule to suck the Oil out.. Yummy... :D

Supposedly the highest quality fish oil capsules have no foul smell or taste, I buy my capsules on line and the company selling them (N3Oceanic) claims the liquid form is just a matter of convience with no difference in potetency

Has anyone ever seen cold-pressed flaxseed oil in Pattaya? It should always be refrigerated.
