Yoga Classes In The South Of Phuket, Info?

Featured Replies

Hi I am looking for yoga classes in the kata or rawai area. would like know what yoga classes and types of yoga options I have. I have seen one guy advertised up in the north but that is not convenient for me and neither is Central or Phuket Town.

Info, prices, opinions and websites are much appreciated...

I know there is an option on Koktanod Road in Kata, opposite the Boathouse.

Don't know any details, but I'm sure a quick visit could give you all the details wanted.

I think it's called Kata Hot Yoga.

There is a new the Sala just opposite Kok Chang. Nice Sea View.

He just started but already has quite a few people attending. I have a friend who is good friends with the teacher and he has been teaching for over 10 years.

The price is 200 baht per lesson. Here is his website http://www.absolutetherapythailand.com

Kata Hot Yoga is also in Kata but his prices are higher.

There are also a few girls in Rawai / Nai Harn area .. but I don't have their contact info.

There is one more I can think of, a bit farther away though, at the bottom of the hill driving from Patong to town, opposite the gocarts. Sign says Bickram, which is hot yoga. (which in Thailand probably just means no aircon)

Yes the instructor at absolute therapy used to be an instructor at the Kathu Bikram yoga and also Bikram centers in the states.
