Hi all, I start work as project manager at this place next week and I need to rent a house closeby for myself and the family.

I am not familiar with this area at all. Has anyone...or know anyone with a decent house or house/shop for rent within say a K?

That sounds like Sathorn area, but dont know exactly where, could be expensive renting in the CBD.

A better option may be to go a bit further out on the BTS line.

The building site is on the river opposite the Orient Hotel.

Ideally I would like somewhere close enough to walk to work.

My wife and I have looked on the internet but there seems to be very few on the market.
