Color Darkroom In Thailand

Does anywhere here know of any universities, schools, or commercial labs which operate a color darkroom in the Bangkok area? I'm talking enlargers and a color processing machine - old school C-Print stuff.

My preference is to find a university which has one (I'm a fine arts educator at a reputable Bangkok uni, so I could probably arrange to use another uni's facilities for free), but so far I've found nothing, so any leads would be helpful.
