Phu Sing Immigration Office

Hi,

I used to do my yearly retirement extensions at Kap Cheong but this year will try Phu Sing as I am located in their district (Sisaket)

Kap Cheong has always been a breeze.

Has anyone been recently to Phu Sing and are they still requiring the medical certificate ?

I plan to apply with a bank statement of 800k baht in account for over 3 months

Anything else I will need beside the passport, fee, application form, passport copies, ID pictures ?

krup, I did mine there couple months ago, was ok, but a bit of a teacher student sort of lesson.

The office has all new staff and they have no idea what they are doing.

The guy before me was given a re-entery permit, good for 15 months, they told him it was a new NON O Visa and he didn't need to come back till next year. No need to report every 90 days.

I'm glad I chatted with him and got him sorted out.

They tried the same with me, but after a call to the old Imm officer I got them sorted.

Paper work is hit and miss.

For my 90 report they wanted 4 photos showing Myself,wife and kids at house here in Thailand.

Make sure you have lots of copies of everything you think you need, as they now charge 12bht per copy! Or 3bht if your Thai.

Paper work I needed was

Bank book with monthly income

Copy of passport

Two pic's with wife and kid

Yellow house book for address

Wifes blue book & ID
