First, you made me laugh! :)

Second, you remind me of something. Several years ago in the States I was invited to a Thanksgiving dinner and, of about 25 people there, I was the only non-Jew. As we were talking about something regarding my trips to Thailand, someone said "Oy vey!" I said, "You know, it's funny you say that, because I often hear Thais say 'Oy' as an exclamation of surprise." One of the Jews standing there said, "Aha, so Thais are one of the lost tribes of Israel!"

Getting back to the thread, someone else asked what my point was. I kinda hope that since they also appear to totally ignore their contact emails, that someone in The Nation (they apparently co-sponsor this forum) might happen to read the post and wake up. Yes, a long shot, I'm sure.
