Bluetooth Mp3 Players

Featured Replies

For some reason, Bluetooth capability in an MP3 player still does not seem to be available.

I would love to eliminate the wires to your ear(s) as you can do with a BT enabled cell phone.

Anyone know if there is a device that attaches to the MP3 output headset jack to accomplish the BT transmission that would eliminate the headset wires by letting one use a standard BT recvr ??

I realize that stereo xmission would complicate things, but I'd be happy with mono.

Thanks for any ideas ............

there are bluetooth stereo headphones available.

have a search through the aximsite.com forums.

I use my axim x50v as my mp3 player and sometimes use my jabra headset/mic to listen ( though its only mono ).

Well I found these Bluetooth MP3 Players ...

XLive XM-300 w up to 1GB

Diva Gem last Summer

BoomGear MP-825BT

Genex Telecom GMP-3000B

And I know I can buy BT headsets.

What I'd like to do is convert/add to my present MP3 player to broadcast BT by plugging in to the headset output jack.

I have this neat little device which plugs into my MP3 Player and broadcasts RF that captures my car FM radio station so I can hear using the car speakers. Works very well most of the time.
