HI EVERYONE THANKS FOR ALL YOUR GOOD ADVICE(EPESCIALLY the scouser)

RIGHT I NEED SOME ADVICE I GO TO THAILAND ON 6 APRIL TO MEET MY WIFE AGIAN,AND WE GO TO BRITISH EMBASSY ON THE 20Tth APRIL FOR HER SETTLEMENT VISA INTERVIEW, (HOPEFULLY GET)

I HAVE SEEN IH FORUM PEOPLE SAYING ABOUT Statutory Declaration IS THIS WORTH DOING ?

I RENT MY HOUSE ,WORK ETC

IF IT IS WORTH DOING WHERE CAN I GET FORM (IF ONE)

IF NOT HAS ANYONE GOT ADVICE AND ANY EXSAMPLE'S OF HOW TO DO

Hi Pete,

A statutory declaration is not required when applying for a UK visa, although you will need to submit proof that you can take care of your fiancée both in terms of accommodation and financially. If you don't wish to supply original documents for fear of them being mislaid you can have copies notarised/certified by a solicitor.
