'recent Contacts' Ip 3gs- Keep Deleting

The last few days, twice all my Recent Contact list has cleared itself ... last time an unknown number had just called and I didn't get a chance to call them back after somehow again the recent contact list cleared by itself.

Any ideas how this could happen and a possible solution ?

happened again today ... really giving me the s...ts ... I mean something is going on - you can't mistakengly clear your 'recent contacts' 3 times in a week - surely ?

If you have a factory unlocked phone maybe you should upgrade your firmware to 3.1 and see if that would help solve your problem. Either that or make sure you connect to iTunes and back up your phone's data and do a restore

It's unlocked but not factory unlocked ... no way do I want to go to 3.1 after all the reports I've heard...would rather keep losing my 'recent Contacts' list ...
