No. TMB and SCB have exclusive rights at SBIA, and both charge the foreign ATM (150 THB) fee

:) why often this 150 THB charge question? longtime Thai banks was generous or sleepy and charge nothing. Let's go abroad with any Thai or other credit cards; you will be charged too and if holidays depend on 150 THB I guess better stay at home???

Depends on the card - few places apart from Thailand I am charged. :)
In Germany even my own bank charges me 5 Euro (~250 Baht) for using their card at their ATM >:-(

(Edit: Typo corrected)

And what about those of us who live here? The new ATM fee costs me

1,500 baht a month, which translates to more than $600 a year. Even

if I "stay at home."

BUT the question AND the topic is not imposition of the fee. It's whether

there is a fee-free ATM at the new airport. The simple answer is NO.

Mine doesn't, nor do any of the other German Cash Group member banks.

I have SCB accounts (and ATM cards) in both Pattaya and Bangkok. I know if I use the ATM card at an out-of-province SCB machine, there is a small service charge. Is Suvarnabhumi considered to be in Bangkok for purposes of provincial service charges, or is it Samut Prakan province, and hence an SCB Bangkok ATM card would trigger a service charge?
