September 26, 200916 yr http://www.ducatisti.co.th/pre-owned-bikes...php?id=00000023 At first glance, I thought "Price = 285,000 Baht." But that was just the down payment For less than 25,000 Baht more, one can buy a new Monster 696! Seems someone doesn't know what they are doing - advertising or paying this asking price Chris
September 26, 200916 yr Erm the 696 is 580 ish isnt it ?? You know how people are in Thailand tho.. Think they can own things a couple of years and get back what they put in..
September 26, 200916 yr So 285 down plus take-over someones payments for 17 months @ 15,921 = 555,657 all in. Thats 24,343 less than the 580,000 for brand spankin' new. Plus 5 months class A insurance thrown in, thats worth around 5,000. It's only got 1500 kms. It also comes with a 2-year warranty (from date of purchase). Assuming it hasn't been down and its had the service done, someone will pick it up. Guarantee it - the 696's are flying out of the dealership. Someone won't want to wait for a new one to arrive from Italy. And most Ducatis don't depreciate the way cars do as you drive out of the lot.
