I made everething to optimize the website for internet low speed ( modem 56k)

The price per rai depends of the area, the north of the island is more expensive.

its depends also of the land surface ( ex: North Big Buddah 39 rai 7.5M/rai or North Big Buddah 2 rai 30M/rai).

Not in the city.On Koh Tao.We use ipstar internet connetion.
