Affirmation? Where Can I Get A Copy Of The Form To Fill In

I wish to marry my thai fiance.I need to fill in a form -affirmation to marry.

Where can I get a form of the type accepted and any recommendations for a thai translation?

I do not have access to a computer iwith a printer.

If Barry gave you the form it should be correct - check it with the copy on the British Embassy website: ukinthailand.fco.gov.uk

You then have to take it to the British Embassy for them to stamp it and return the next day to collect it. Then you have to go to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs with a translated copy and wait for them to stamp it - can do express service - which means approx 4 hours on a good day!! There is a translation office across from the main entrance of the Ministry - which is convenient, if there is a mistake you can just take it back for a correction.

Once this is all done you can then do the marriage bit at which District Office you want.
