The CSD examined the video and said the gang, posing as soldiers and policemen, preyed on vendors and garment traders. Yeah, they're not police or miltary as everyone says, they just look, sound, and act like them.... Reminds me of the Metro Police Chief insisting a few years ago there were no Brothels in Bangkok. The just looked and acted like them.... Like the 'fake' police check points that we're supposed to report.. (and ingore?) And like the 'Mystery Spot' in Oregon, where up is really down- or is it?
