White bellied Fish Eagle. Also called the Sea Eagle. Picture appears to be taken at Kata Point. I was just there this afternoon.

It was indeed Kata - 15 years ago!

I agree with the Brahminy Kite, it's too small to be an eagle.

Certainly a Brahminy Kite. White-bellied Sea Eagle also has a white head, but grey wings and back.

Size is not an indicator; there are some pretty small eagles.

I stand corrected! It is a Brahminy Kite. Here's a picture of the three birds at Kata point. The one on my daughters right arm is a female( according to owner) Sea Eagle (Fish Eagle), one her head is the Brahminy Kite (also know as a Red-Backed Fish Eagle), and her left arm is the male Sea Eagle. Picture taken at Kata Point.
