I cannot go to Dr. Morgan's clinic because she is not in my BUPA network. Does anyone here (who has BUPA) know which hospital/clinic in CM is in the BUPA network.

They sent me a list but it's in Thai.

Thanks

Dr. Morgan seems to have a lot of fans! To read Dustoff's message, I am surprised she has that much time to spend with a patient!

I have my preferences about where to go for medical care, but I do not suggest them here. I think that there are a remarkable number of good places to go here in Chiang Mai. One of the more astonishing things about this small place, really.

You want to spend more? Generally, go to the hospitals or clinics that cater to expats. Does that mean you will get the "best" doc? Not necessarily! In the clinics, you might or might not get a decent doc. Their decision on keeping a clinic might be more financially guided than their wish to practice the best medicine. Should that be a surprise?! Docs also have to be business people! They have families to raise, they like vacations in far places, et cetera! What did you actually expect, anyway?! Some myth you learned in grammar school ??!!

Just be glad you live in Chiang Mai where there is more than a reasonable choice to make! And for a very reasonable price unless you are sucking on your last bhat!
